  • Workshop will be held in hybrid form
  • Registration fee for in-person: $150.00
  • Registration fee for virtual participation: no charge
  • Registration fee for Student/Post-doc: no charge
  • In-Person Student/Post-doc Financial Assistance is offered (see registration tab)
  • All attendees must register (see registration tab). The Zoom link will be provided only
    upon completion of registration, and it will be sent closer to the start of the workshop.


  • In-Person Student/Post-doc Financial Assistance application deadline is
    February 25, 2022 (therein indicate title of poster)
  • Foreign National and Green card holder registration (for in-person attendance)
    and poster title submission deadline is March 4, 2022
  • Announcement of student/Post-doc Financial Assistance awards on March 11, 2022
  • U.S. Citizen registration and poster title submission deadline is March 25, 2022
  • Poster submission deadline is April 16, 2022
