The Relativistic Laser-Plasma Experiments group (RLX) uses world-class short-pulse laser facilities to study the interaction of high-intensity light with matter. Our goal is to develop the fundamental understanding of relativistic laser-plasma phenomena in the lab; create new plasma technologies and diagnostic techniques; and mentor the next generation of scientists using ultraintense lasers.
