Adrien Pineau

High-Energy-Density Physics Theory Group
Assistant Scientist

After receiving a B.S. in fundamental physics from the University Paris XI in 2016 and two M.S. in fundamental physics and in plasma and fusion physics from the University Paris XI in 2018, Adrien Pineau received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Bordeaux in 2021 after completing his dissertation titled “Modeling the Laser-Induced Plasma Formation Within the Framework of the Inertial Confinement Fusion.” He joined LLE in 2022 as an assistant scientist. His research interests are focused on inertial confinement fusion, laser imprint, and early laser–target interaction.
