Visit to ELI-NP

Jon Zuegel, Jake Bromage, Hans Rinderknecht, and Milt Shoup visited ELI Nuclear Physics (ELI-NP) to tour their new laser facility constructed as one of three in the Extreme Light Infrastructure funded by the European Union. The tours focused on the two 10-PW lasers, beam transport, experimental area layouts, and experimental diagnostics. LLE and ELI-NP identified potential areas for technical and experimental collaborations that will be explored.
