The 12th Omega Laser Facility Users Group (OLUG) Workshop was held virtually from 27–30 April 2021. Over 200 researchers from 40 institutions around the world registered for the meeting. This, due to the absence of on-site space limitations at LLE, led to setting an all-time attendance record for the OLUG workshop. Shown is a montage of 143 attendees of the meeting. The workshop facilitates a continuing dialog and exchange among OMEGA  users including those from LLE, as well as, those from the broader scientific community. The workshop program included talks, posters, student and postdoc sessions, and discussions of Findings and Recommendations (F&R’s) to improve the capabilities and operation of the Omega Laser Facility that will advance research opportunities for a broad cross-section of users. OLUG collectively submitted 29 F&R’s to facility management. Most of the 50 contributed posters were given by students and postdocs. The 13th OLUG workshop will be held 27–29 April 2022 at LLE.
