Quick Shot

Shown are the attendees of the first Laser–Plasma Interaction (LPI) Workshop. The purpose of this Workshop was to develop a strategy and recommended actions for laser–plasma interaction research and development relevant to National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) missions. A goal of this workshop is to arrive at a shared common view of the desired future state of LPI research. The organizers will use the material shared at this workshop to write a strategy document with a target audience of the NNSA and senior national laboratory leadership.
