The DOE Office of Science recently highlighted research from LLE in a feature called, “Controlling Light to Accelerate Electrons in Just Meters.” The article features flying focus technology and its ability to shape ultrashort, high-intensity laser pulses and recent work on the dephasingless laser wakefield accelerator.
