Workshop Details

• Workshop will be held at the University of Rochester Larry and Cindy Bloch Alumni and
  Advancement Center with some components at LLE
• Registration fee for in-person: $150.00
• Registration fee for virtual participation: no charge
• Registration fee for Student/Post-doc: no charge
• In-Person Student/Post-doc Financial Assistance is offered (see registration tab)
• All attendees must register (see registration tab). The Zoom link will be provided only upon completion of registration, and it will be sent closer to the start of the workshop.

Deadlines

• In-Person Student/Post-doc Financial Assistance application deadline is February 24, 2023 (therein indicate title of poster)
• Registration and poster title submission deadline is March 10, 2023
• Announcement of student/Post-doc Financial Assistance awards on (date tbd)
• Poster submission deadline is April 14, 2023
