Workshop Details
- Workshop will be held at the University of Rochester Larry and Cindy Bloch Alumni and Advancement Center with some components at LLE
- Registration fee for in-person: $275.00
- Registration fee for Student/Post-doc: no charge
- Registration fee for virtual participation: no charge
- In-Person Student/Post-doc Financial Assistance is offered (see registration tab)
- All attendees must register (see registration tab). The Zoom link will be provided only
upon completion of registration, and it will be sent closer to the start of the workshop.

- Workshop will be held in hybrid form. In-person registration fee includes all technical programs,
daily continental breakfast, daily coffee/tea breaks, daily lunch, and the meeting banquet on Wednesday, May 21. - Registration fee for in-person: $275.00
- Registration fee for Student/Post-doc: no charge
- Registration fee for virtual participation: no charge
- Wednesday, 21 May Banquet: Included in registration cost
- All attendees must register (see registration tab). The Zoom link will be provided only
upon completion of registration, and it will be sent closer to the start of the workshop. - In-person Student/Post-doc financial assistant available up to $1500.00 per-person.

Posters
This year’s poster session will be conducted in-person only.
The deadline for receipt of title, author(s), institution(s), and short abstract is due by
06 May. If you are not able to submit an abstract, please submit your presentation title, author list, and affiliation by this deadline.
Poster Presentations:
Each presenter in the poster session will be provided with a 3’ x 5’ wide poster board. We will provide push pins (thumb tacks) for your use in displaying your poster presentation.
