The annual Omega Laser Users Group (OLUG) Workshop is a collaborative forum hosted by the LLE that brings together members of the Omega user community to share research, foster collaboration, and shape the future of high-energy-density physics.
This annual event highlights cutting-edge experiments and theoretical advances enabled by the Omega Laser Facility, while also providing a platform for students, early-career researchers, and senior scientists to exchange ideas and insights. With interactive sessions, scientific presentations, and opportunities for networking, the OLUG Workshop is designed to strengthen partnerships and accelerate innovation in laser-driven science and technology.
2026 Workshop Details
Registration
- Workshop will be held in hybrid form. In-person registration fee includes all technical programs, daily continental breakfast, daily coffee/tea breaks, daily lunch, and the meeting banquet.

Poster Session
Soon, we’ll post details and deadlines for poster abstract submissions.
Poster Presentations:
- Each presenter in the poster session will be provided with a 3’ x 5’ wide poster board. We will provide push pins (thumb tacks) for your use in displaying your poster presentation.
- The poster session will be conducted in person only.
