Poster Submission

The 2022 workshop will be a hybrid format.
- All presenters, in-person and virtually, will submit poster and audio file via the upload link below.
- Each poster session will be split in two parts, the first hour will be designated for the in-person presenters. The second hour will be conducted virtually.
- During virtual session, all session participants will log on to Zoom. Each presenter will be assigned a breakout where you will be able to share your screen and be able to talk to your attendees. All attendees will be able to go between each breakout room.
In-person Poster Presenter Instructions:
- Each presenter in the poster session will be provided with a 4 foot tall by 6 foot wide space. We will provide push pins (thumb tacks) for your use in displaying your poster presentation.
- Each in-person presenter will need to log-in to the virtual component via your own computer.
