Remote Access to LLE Computers

NOTE! LLE permanently retired Secure Global Desktop in February of 2020.


LLE Windows PCs

Remote access to PCs is provided by LLE's Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop. You must have an RSA SecurID token to use the VPN. If you need remote access, send an email to helpdesk@lle.rochester.edu. More information can be found in the links below:

LLE Mac Desktops

Remote access to Mac desktops is supported through LogMeIn. If you need remote access, send an email to helpdesk@lle.rochester.edu and you will be contacted as quickly as possible. Please provide the name of the Mac(s) you need to access when you send in your request. Because it requires specific configuration by LLE IT, there is no self-help page for this service.

LLE Linux Workstations
