Submission Guidelines:

  • A completed submission form, including signatures, is required for work to commence on new projects.
  • All new Web pages must be approved by your division director before submission to the Web Site Committee.
  • Text should be clear and concise.
  • Providing photography and sketches for new artwork is the responsibility of the author.
  • Multimedia/interactive media requests should be fully outlined. Contact a Site Administrator for information specific to your project.

Revision Guidelines:

  • Minor revisions (typos, information updates, etc.) may be submitted directly to a Site Administrator or any other person assigned to that particular aspect of your project.
  • Major revisions follow the same guidelines as new submissions. Print and fill out the Revision Form and submit it to the LLE Web Site Editor. New content may be subject to review by the Director's Office.

Semiannual Review

  • In an effort to keep LLE's web sites as up-to-date as possible, all site content will be reviewed by the appropriate authors once per calendar year.
  • Any major revisions resulting from this effort will require the submission of a Revision Form.
